If you apply for a job at OAM, we collect the data you provide during the application process.

OAM does not knowingly collect or process any special categories of personal data, such as sensitive personal data.

The OAM website is protected by SSL and is hosted at BlueHost where they also provide security for hosting the Site. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a global standard security technology. SSL is designed to establish encryption and identity assurance. It enables encrypted communication between a web server and a web browser.

We endeavor to protect the privacy of your Personal Data and other information we hold in our records. We exercise reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to Personal Data stored in our databases, and to prevent unauthorized use, alteration, corruption, or disclosure of that Personal Data. Personal Data stored in our possession is maintained behind firewalls, and we utilize Google Cloud Services for our file storage.

We restrict access to Personal Data to our employees, contractors and agents who need to access that information in order to operate our business in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. All such personnel are required to treat Personal Data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and they are subject to discipline, potentially including termination, if they fail to comply with those requirements.

While we believe our policies and practices regarding information security and integrity are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that the security and/or integrity of Personal Data will not be breached or that such Personal Data will not be subject to unauthorized access, alteration, corruption, or disclosure. Hubspot

Hubspot stores information about users expressing interest in our products and services including users filling out a contact form, sending an email asking for more information or meeting OAM representatives at conferences and events. Your information is stored for the duration of your relationship with OAM.

MailChimp

MailChimp collects and stores information about users looking at our website, downloading our resources, and expressing interest in our products and services by filling out a contact form or sending an email asking for more information. MailChimp sends e-marketing emails to users. Your email information is stored for the duration of your relationship with OAM.

We may share personal data with additional third-party cloud processors who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions.
